Only 25 km from the renowned Kruger National Park and 7km out of Hazyview on the road to Sabie, this Lodge provides the ideal base from which to explore all of the attractions of Mpumalanga – Blyde River Canyon, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Pilgrims Rest, God’s Window, Grasskop, Sudwala Cave’s, Kruger Park, and much more.

The Lodge itself is built in an indigenous forest overlooking the sparkling Sabie River. A swimming pool, bar and cosy lounge are provided for guests comfort. Self-guided nature trails on the property will take you through a variety of indigenous forest types where various animals, birds and other wildlife can be observed. The bird hide offers exceptional viewing.

The Greenfire Lodge Hazyview offers guests comfortable twin en-suite accommodation and is conveniently located just outside the town of Hazyview. The Lodge operates on a Bed and Breakfast basis.
The Greenfire Lodge Hazyview has a swimming pool to cool off in the balmy lowveld climate, or enjoy sundowners around the bar after a day of sightseeing or game spotting.
For the more adventurous, there is plenty to keep you busy in the area. River rafting trips or exciting tube rides down the river can be booked on arrival. The lodge is also a wonderful starting point for a number of scenic mountain bike and road cycling routes, with lush forests all around.

The Lodge is located on the banks of the Sabie River, 7 km from the town of Hazyview or 36 km from Sabie on the R536.
